Megan Johnson - Onpoint Media And Web Design

To Whom It May Concern,
Yesterday I visited the XXXXX website. My company helps businesses create a better presence on the web by building websites and marketing strategies that build traffic and make money.
As a first time visitor to your site, I was able to get a feel for what other first time customer experiences when they log onto your website. With that said I would like to offer a few suggestions to the owner of the site that would improve web traffic and increase revenue through the website.
By making the improvements I am suggesting your website will receive more traffic from new customers, engage new visitors more quickly and efficiently, and make them want to contact you sooner. Most importantly these suggestions will make you more money.
I feel you are losing business with your current site. You can however solve this problem by taking some simple steps.
A website today is capable of being much more than an online brochure.
Your website design is outdated. Today’s websites are capable of so much more than what your current site offers. A new design would re-engage the current visitors to your site while attracting new site visitors.
Your current website reads more like an encyclopedia rather than a marketing platform. Again you need a “Call to Action” to make people WANT to call or contact you.
With the advent of new web technologies, designing a more modern website is simple to plan and easy to execute. Doing so would require very little time and effort on your behalf.
You would be able to track the progress of your new site online, as it is being written, designed, and coded.
In closing, I would appreciate an opportunity to help you with all of this.
Is there a good time when we can schedule a phone meeting and go over some ideas I have to help you?
